UI UX design
Interfaces people understand without a training manual
If customers call you to ask how to use your portal, or abandon your app halfway through sign-up, the design is costing you money. We research how your users think, map the screens they need and design interfaces that make the next step obvious.
We prototype in Figma and test with real people before development, because a problem fixed in a prototype costs a fraction of one fixed in code. You receive organised Figma files and a component library your developers can build from exactly. Good UI UX design means fewer support calls, fewer abandoned forms and software your team learns in minutes, not weeks.
Deliverables
Our UI UX design services
Research
We learn about your users, goals and constraints through interviews, analytics and competitor review.
- User research
- UX audits
- Information architecture
Structure
We define user flows and information architecture and sketch wireframes for key screens.
- Wireframes and user flows
- Interactive prototypes
Design and prototype
We create the visual design and an interactive prototype of the main journeys.
- Visual UI design
- Design systems
Test and hand over
We test with users, refine the design, then hand over developer-ready files.
- Usability testing
- Developer handover
Our approach
Why UX design pays for itself
From understanding your users to handing over pixel-ready designs.
Fixing problems on screen is cheaper than in code
Every usability problem found in a prototype is one your developers do not have to rebuild later. Testing early saves time, budget and frustration.
Clear interfaces reduce support costs
When people can complete tasks on their own, they stop calling and emailing for help. Good UX frees your team to focus on more valuable work.
Accessible design reaches more customers
We design with readable contrast, clear labels, keyboard support and sensible structure, so your product works for people with different abilities and devices.
Consistency through design systems
A design system gives your team a shared library of components and rules, so new features look and behave like the rest of your product.
UI UX guide
UI UX design: making software and websites easy to use
UI vs UX
User experience (UX) design is about how something works: the steps, structure and logic that help a person complete a task. User interface (UI) design is how it looks: layout, typography, colour, buttons and icons. Good UI UX design brings both together so people understand a screen without needing instructions.

Research
We start by understanding who uses the product and what they are trying to do. That can mean short interviews with customers or staff, reviewing support questions, studying analytics and looking at competitor products. These insights guide every design decision.

Wireframes and prototypes
Wireframes map the structure of each screen without visual design, which makes it cheap to change direction. We then create clickable prototypes in Figma so you can test the flow on a real phone or laptop before any code is written.

Design systems
For larger products, we create a design system: a library of colours, typography, buttons, forms and components with clear rules. It keeps your product consistent and makes development faster.
Accessibility
We follow the principles of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, including readable contrast, clear labels, keyboard navigation and sensible touch targets. Accessible design helps every user, not only people with disabilities.
Testing and handover
We test key flows with real users where possible, fix the confusing parts and hand over organised design files and specifications to developers, whether our own web development team or yours.

What is the difference between UI and UX design?
UX design is about how a product works and feels: structure, flows and ease of use. UI design is how it looks: layout, colour, typography and components. We do both together.
Do you design mobile apps?
Yes. We design interfaces for iOS, Android and web apps, following each platform’s conventions where it helps users.
What tools do you use?
We design and prototype in Figma, which makes it easy to collaborate, comment and hand over to developers.
Can you improve our existing product?
Yes. A UX audit is often the best starting point. We review your product, identify problems and prioritise improvements.
Do you test designs with real users?
Yes. Testing with real users is one of the most valuable steps. We plan sessions that fit your timeline and budget.
Can you also build what you design?
Yes. Our development team can build websites and web applications from our designs, or we can hand over to your developers.
How long does a UX project take?
It depends on scope. An audit can be quick; a full product design takes longer. We agree a timeline in your proposal.
Do you work with international clients?
Yes. We work with startups and product teams in India and abroad, collaborating remotely through Figma and video calls.
