Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to your use of hbmm.in and to services provided by HB Multimedia, M-56/662 Chandni Apartment, Sola Road, Naranpura, Ahmedabad 380013, Gujarat, India (“HB Multimedia”). Each project is also governed by a written proposal or agreement. If that document conflicts with these terms, the proposal or agreement takes priority.
1. Proposals and scope
Work begins once you accept a written proposal and any required advance payment is received. The proposal defines the scope, deliverables, timeline and fees. Requests outside that scope may require a revised quote.
2. Fees and payment
Fees, payment milestones and currency (INR or USD) are set out in your proposal. Invoices are payable by the due date stated. Applicable taxes, including GST, are charged as required. We may pause work if payments are overdue. Third-party costs such as domains, hosting, software licences, stock assets, printing and advertising spend are payable by you unless stated otherwise.
3. Your responsibilities
- Provide content, information, feedback and approvals in good time
- Ensure you have the right to use any material you supply, such as logos, text, images and data
- Review deliverables carefully before approval
- Keep your login credentials secure after handover
4. Timelines
We work to the timeline agreed in your proposal. Timelines depend on timely content, feedback and payments from you, and may shift if these are delayed.
5. Revisions and approvals
The number of revision rounds is stated in your proposal. Additional revisions may be charged. Once you approve a deliverable, further changes are treated as new work.
6. Ownership and intellectual property
On full payment, ownership of final deliverables created specifically for you passes to you, except third-party materials such as fonts, plugins, themes, stock images and software, which remain subject to their own licences. We may display completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing, and we will not share confidential information.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties will keep confidential information private and use it only for the project. We are happy to sign a separate non-disclosure agreement on request.
8. Results and no guarantees
We work with care and skill, but we cannot guarantee specific results such as search rankings, traffic, sales or advertising performance, because these depend on factors outside our control, including search engines, platforms, competitors and markets.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the fees you paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for issues caused by third-party services, hosting providers or platforms.
10. Termination
Either party may end a project by written notice. You will pay for work completed up to the termination date, and we will hand over completed deliverables once paid.
11. Use of this website
Content on hbmm.in is provided for general information. You may not copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without permission. We are not responsible for the content of external websites linked from ours.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
